 With a quarter-century of experience as a respiratory therapist, I've witnessed firsthand the critical importance of life-saving skills in emergency situations. That's why I'm passionate about empowering individuals with CPR knowledge through my new venture: a CPR business. As a wife and mother of four, I understand the value of preparedness. Living in the South Bay for over two decades, I've seen the community come together in times of need. My background in respiratory therapy, working across NICU, pediatrics, and ICU settings, has equipped me with the expertise to educate others on essential life support techniques. In starting this business, I aim to make CPR training accessible to all because everyone should have this knowledge. You never know when it might be needed to save a life. Whether it's in a healthcare setting, at home, or in public, being equipped with CPR skills can make all the difference in an emergency. Through personalized instruction, practical demonstrations, and hands-on training, my goal is to empower individuals and organizations with the confidence and competence to respond effectively in critical situations.  With over 25 years of experience in healthcare, I've dedicated my career to two critical areas: respiratory therapy and organ procurement/transplant coordination. Starting as a Respiratory Therapist, I've worked in the fast-paced environments of Emergency Rooms (ERs), Intensive Care Units (ICUs), and Pediatric Intensive Care Units (PICUs). Throughout my tenure, I've developed expertise in managing respiratory emergencies, providing ventilator support, and delivering specialized care to patients across all age groups. Driven by a desire to make a broader impact, I transitioned into the role of an Organ Procurement Transplant Coordinator. In this capacity, I facilitate the intricate process of organ donation, ensuring the wishes of donors and their families are honored while coordinating seamlessly with transplant teams to maximize successful outcomes. My journey reflects a commitment to saving lives both at the bedside and through the transformative gift of organ donation.
